Receive, Prep, & Serve

 

Your turkey will arrive fully cooked. Immediately upon receiving turkey place in the refrigerator. 


On the day of your meal place the turkey on the counter for 20 minutes.

 

Heat Uncarved Turkey:

Preheat oven to 325°F.  Pour provided stock in bottom of roasting pan, place turkey in pan breast side up, cover tightly & bake for 45mins- 1hr until meat is 165°F.

 

Heat Carved Turkey:

Preheat over to 350°F. Pour provided stock in bottom of roasting pan, place sliced meat in pan, cover pan tightly with aluminum & bake for 20-25 minutes until hot throughout. 

 

Heating times may vary depending on ovens & altitudes, please keep an eye on meat's temperature to prevent overcooking. 

 

We recommend enjoying leftover turkey within 1-3 days. To freeze, do so within 3 days of meal.  Simply wrap slices in butchers paper, foil, or other airtight storing option.
